Hello, : Hello, if it is microwave popcorn, it could contain a chemical is called diacetyl which makes it taste buttery. Inhaling large amounts of this has caused lung problems in pop corn factory workers  as well as high consumers of popcorn.   The popcorn kernels and hulls can cause problems with people who have diverticulosis as well as getting caught in braces  and causing problem with teeth and dentures.

: Not much. You should ask your MD or nutrition to recommend a diet and frequency of eating/ snacking for it will depend on the nature of your diabetes and the meds given for it.

Depends on how made: (acid reflux is a common cause of feeling of heartburn.)  if air popped & eaten in moderation, popcorn likely won't cause problems.  If buttered, cheesy, or cooked in oil, more likely to increase acid reflux. Everyone is different; if it seems to worsen heartburn or acid brash, avoid it. Avoid:fatty/greasy/oily foods, cheese, peppermint, chocolate, alcohol, tomatoes, caffeine, citrus, overeating.

my daughter is four we ate a lot of popcorn at the movie theater yesterday tonight i found a shell from popcorn in her pull up is this normal we dont eat popcorn a lot  she was slightly constpated earlier but seems fine now thanks ?
