Usually not: Cheese is made from milk. The fat in cheese is animal fat. Eating the fat in cheese is just like chewing on a stick of butter... it's the same fat. Cheese is the fat and protein from the milk. Cheese without the protein is just a stick of butter. If a person is malnourished, cheese is great stuff because it is high in protein and fat. Otherwise, try lowfat cheeses to get protein but less fat.

i am lactose intollerant, however i am able to eat pizza that is made with fresh mozzarella vs regular cheese. is there a difference in digestion?

Threshold issue: Most people, even those with lactose intolerance, have the ability to digest some lactose because they have some lactase enzyme activity.  Exceed your threshold to eat pizza "cheese" and you pay for it with gas, bloating, diarrhea. Consume small amounts of lactose (below your lactase enzyme threshold) ; you're good to go.

Yes, but . . .: Likely that overall benefit of eating tuna well outweighs any potential harm, but tuna may, like shark, swordfish, king mackerel, or tilefish, contain high levels of methylmercury.  Mercury can be harmful to your child's neurodevelopment in high concentration.  However, fish in general, particularly oily fish, is excellent for neurodevelopment.  Get two servings per week.
