Nothing helpful: As you have probably been told by your physician, drinking alcohol with medications like lithobid, depakote, and seroquel (quetiapine) is not recommended.  It will accentuate central nervous system depression, leaving you sedated or worse. Additionally, alcohol may destabilize your sleep and mood further.  Maintaining balance is essential for people on such medications. Please abstain from alcohol.

No : lithium can have a direct effect on your kidneys and you need to keep the renal system flushed lithium also might affect thyroid so  that is another  thing to be aware of

: No. I consider normal values normal values. I do not see this as a rise, but well within the normal range of the testing materials. If it jumped to the 100-200 range or higher I would think something worrisome is happening. With these values, I just ignore them.

Probably just you: About 1 person in 1000 has an autosomal dominant trait producing a high GGT without drinking or anything else. From time to time, I have to reassure these people's employers, probation officers or whoever that they are not secretly abusing alcohol.

No: Neutropenia does not cause elevated liver enzymes.  But viral infections can cause neutropenia and elevated liver enzymes.  You should be evaluated for viral hepatitis.

No problem: You are taking thyroid hormone.  As long as you maintain a normal thyroid level, you should have no restrictions in what you can do or drink.  Alcohol is okay.  The only thing to remember is to take the medication by itself, on an empty stomach, and wait at least 40 minutes before eating.

Alcohol: Too much alcohol can cause incontinence through its diuretic effect and decreasing awareness and sensitivity. Not aware of a specific gender predominance otherwise.

None: We don't routinely recommend alcohol avoidance before a blood panel and the liver test results reflect reality but if you went on a binge you could wait a week or more.  Blood alcohol levels are not part of a routine blood panel.
