i just cooked frozen pizza half way through eating dough seem very doughy now nervous didn't cook long enough we all are it is that ok to eat raw doe?

Ok if no: contamination. Raw dough, in small amounts, is not harmful in itself, but if the pizza was not prepared under sanitary conditions the micro-organisms in it may be harmful. Raw dough, if you eat enough of it, may give you an upset stomach.

if i cook soft cheeses, eg feta on top of pizza baked, would that be safe to eat while pregnant bc the heat would kill any bacteria?

Safe vs Sorry: Listeria is a bacteria found in soft cheeses. It's possible that the heat from the oven would kill the bacteria. It is also possible that some of the bacteria would not be killed. Since pregnant women are 20 times more likely to get an infection from listeria i would rather you be safe than sorry.

Depends: In general it is not the best practice to eat raw dough. However, if the dough has egg in it then it can be very dangerous. Many eggs are contaminated with salmonella and can make you sick if they are eaten raw

Accepted Answer

Depends: Frozen pizza is high in calories.  Not usually thought of as a healthy food but certainly not carcinogenic either. If it has vegtable toppings it would be a healthier pizza.
If it has processed meats Pepperoni , ham would be not as healthy. XS salt may bother some peoples health.
Eat in moderation and enjoy Pizza.

Foods and Health: Pizza like any other food can be incorporated into a healthy diet.  Generally the food itself is not bad but what it provides for you and potential harms are most important.  Depending on what kinds of pizza you enjoy there are nutritional benefits in vegetables, meats, tomato sauce and cheese.  Healthy eating is more about kinds of food and quantity eating and the nutritional value of the food.

Accepted Answer

Organic cheese/vegie: I would use organic tomato sauce from a glass jar (cans have BPA) and a relatively small amount of organic cheese. I would use lots of organic veggies. Onions and mushrooms are esp. healthy. Adding pesto can also be good. If ambitious you can make a home-made whole-grain crust, but I like to use Amy's Roasted Vegetable frozen pizza &amp; add organic cheese, extra veggies and pesto- quick &amp; delicious!

Pizza: Unless you have allergies to the ingredients, or severe GERD, I don't see why you couldn't...

Accepted Answer

One slice: Of pizza won't make you fat. If you eat one slice of pizza a hundred times, the calories will add up and may lead to weight gain (if you aren't burning as many calories).

Accepted Answer

It can't: You are measuring something incorrectly and/or your scale has a lot of variation. It is never good to try to manage your weight too carefully.
