Plan B pill: Plan B pills will not cause a "heavy period" if you are pregnant. If you are not, the bleeding after Plan B is due to the extra estrogen/progesterone in the Plan B pills, causing the lining ot the womb to be thicker, hence more bleeding when it is shed with a "period".
