Probably it is not allergy and will respond to specific treatment. If you are allergic to peanuts you will get hives from any peanuts, not just "certain types". Allergy to green beans may also be hives, very unlikely.

Do tryptase  level.: Multiple food allergies are difficult to deal with. I usually see 6-7 people a year with this allergy.  Some have mast cell conditions that can explain the brown spots. Swelling  and/or intestinal cramping with diarrhea is seen. If true food allergy,avoidance to that many is hard. Wheat/ rye free foods may have egg or milk. This calls for a lot of label reading. Consider gluten free &amp; vegan foods.
