Site matters: Non-invasive tests include ultrasound or other imaging. For some sites, a needle aspiration may help determine whether it is a benign cyst or a cystic tumor. Good radiology and pathology are important in all these, although in the skin, imaging is less valuable.

Skin infections: Pus filled bumps on the skin are usually the symptom of a skin infection.  When they become red, warm to touch and painful it is called cellulitis.  Treatment of this includes oral antibiotics and occassionally drainage.  See your doctor, because resistant infections are becoming more common and require special treatment.

Cyst: This is unlikely to be serious. Cysts are usually harmless. It is a good idea to have it checked by a PA or APRN.

Likely be fine: Smoking in general can cause a lot of health problems, but unlikely will cause a cyst to regrow overnight. Nonetheless , I don't encourage smoking period.

i have been to two gynae  s and they both dont see any problem with me. they just said they see s small cysts on my right ovary which shouldnt course?

Partner checked?: Has your male partner had a sperm analysis yet? Forty percent of all infertility issues are due to male causes. You also did not mention ovulation documentation in spite of the ovarian cysts or not.

Rfe by your doctor: Who ever your doctor recommends , and who is trained to do the procedure  like from from gen surgeon , orhtho surgeon , hand surgeon , and  plastic surgeon.  Ganglion on the foot  podiatry surgeons (dpm  ) will excises.

Probably Mucocoel: Could be a mucous retention cyst ( mucocoel) or possible a small benign tumor. Easily treated. I"d see an oral surgeon asap.

Depends: on cyst location, size,, redness or infection, pus formation. You did not mention size, location or symptoms.
