: Depends on cause. Daytime fatigue can result from many things ranging from organ issues, infection, impaired sleep, obstructive sleep apnea (often overlooked), inadequate sleep time, diet, anemia, and so forth. If caffeine from a cup of coffee or tea is not adequate, call you doc for an exam to determine why your symptoms are present. Vitamins would not solve this issue regardless. Good luck

High calories: Breast feeding mother need 500 calories per day more than non breast feeding ladies. So you probably need to eat more calories. Any over the counter multivitamin should be ok.

Can help: Particularly if you have a specific micronutrient deficiency like vitamin B12.  Otherwise, you're still better off focusing on obtaining your nutrition from whole foods.  Remember energy wise focus on minimizing stress, eating healthy, sleeping well and remaining active.

Vit def: Not likely unless you have a GI problem that prevents you from absorbing vitamins or minerals. Discuss with your Dr. and may need to have specific blood tests.

Question unclear: Normal, healthy people do not have "constant tiredness," without a good reason. One's primary care doctor can follow along and look for reasons for fatigue, such as anemia, infection, mental illness, auto-immune disease, thyroid problems, cancer, insomnia, etc...  Various tests may be needed, depending on one's whole story, and sequence of symptoms.

Vit D3: If you think you are low on vit d3 the first thing to do is to take a blood test and check your level of vit d3. Some symptoms are a weakened  immune system  (get many colds) and muscle weakness. Please get tested first as too much is as bad as too little and see your md to rule out other causes.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor and discuss if you may be depressed. Counter-intuitive as it may seem, exercise may help. Start with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity as tolerated. Drink more water. Wish you good health!

ive been diagnosed with beta minor thalassemia and my doctor told me that i am only a carrier of the disease(inherited from my mother). i have no lack of iron but i often may feel a little tiredness,so can folic acid or vitamin b make me feel better?

Depends: If you are not deficient in these, taking these vitamins will not make any difference. It will not do any harm. Do not take folic acid without taking Vitamin B12.
