: These are called hypnogogic hallucinations and experts tell us the cause is unknown and they are benign events. For reassurance you could consult a neurologist for evaluation and advice.

Vitamins: Vitamins and minerals are vital for us. Even deficient in vitamin B12 may cause impaired cell division to slow down. When this slow impaired cell division occurs, red blood cells are enlarged and are more likely to be destroyed by the immune system. Hence, even vitamin B12 deficiency can cause hallucination apart from gastrointestinal problems as well as neurological problems.

B12 deficiency: Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause many problems, including anemia (along with folate (folic acid) deficiency); fatigue; weakness; weight loss; and neurological changes like numbness & tingling extremities, trouble with balance, and confusion, depression & dementia.  The latter 2 can produce cognitive changes including trouble w/memory. Workup of this includes checking B12 & folate (folic acid) levels -- your doc can help!

Not recommended: K vitamins act as anticoagulants as well as may have other effects. It is an unusual vitamin to take.
RA is an autoimmune disease.  
Depends on what you are taking the K2 vitamins to treat. Also what other meds you might be taking for the RA. Go slow

Bad diet, indoors: It is rare to have low vitamin a in the usa as even limited diets contain enough of this vitamin to meet the body's needs.  Vitamin d however is dependent partially on diet and also on sunlight so low vitamin d is common and it is reasonable to supplement this with 2000-4000 units of d3 per day especially in poorly lit climates like seattle and alaska.

Cold?: There are many reasons one might feel cold from vascular to neurological to endocrine to psychiatric etc. see an MD for a proper workup before you waste your money on vitamins
