hi, i think i may have a penis papule on the glan penis. how long does it take to go away? and are papules normal? it does not hurt at all and and feels as though it is a bit smaller than what it was when i first discovered it?

Depends on cause: Papules or plaques on genital skin can be benign warts caused by Human Papilloma Virus or can be simple non-viral skin tags. Unusual growth: At your age, there are  a lot of reasons for things to appear on the face including acne, enlarged pores, etc.  You may have a simple skin tag there that is excess skin that protrudes like a tag.  It would bleed if traumatized.  Get to a doc and have them remove it.  It is  simple and fairly painless procedure that will end your worries.

Not Messed Up!: The cause of pearly penile papules (ppp) remains unknown. It is reported to occur in 8-48% of men. It is not related to having a circumcision. In fact, ppp are observed more frequently in uncircumcised men. Interestingly, in uncircumcised men with ppp who under go circumcision later in life, regression of the papules is commonly seen.
