Not Messed Up!: The cause of pearly penile papules (ppp) remains unknown. It is reported to occur in 8-48% of men. It is not related to having a circumcision. In fact, ppp are observed more frequently in uncircumcised men. Interestingly, in uncircumcised men with ppp who under go circumcision later in life, regression of the papules is commonly seen.
