Hair loss: I am not aware of vit b complex causing hair loss. It may help hair growth: foe example: b6 can help to prevent eczema, dandruff, dry scalp and psoriasis, conditions that can cause hair loss.

Prob not: Water soluable vitamin so what this means is that it doesn't get stored in your tissues.  What your body can't metabolize it gets rid of through gut or kidneys when taken orally.  Even if number on lab test shows "high" this does not constitute danger or overdose.  Doctors sometimes give injections of b vitamins and this is different story because very high doses goes right into circulation.

Vitamin B12: In B12 deficiency, doses of 300-10, 000 mcg (microgram) by mouth daily have been used.  2500 mcg per day is not too much.

Questionable benefit: If you are taking a mixed diet, there is no use in taking CoQ 10 or other supplements. You may take a regular multivitamin, if you wish, but going for Super B etc. is just waste of money.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Taking lots 4 months: I think of overdose as a single high dose causing harm & taking a large single dose of b6 won't cause harm. However, taking high doses of b6 daily for months (usually at least 1000 mg but rarely as low as 200 mg) can cause toxicity symptoms, most commonly peripheral neuropathy (tingling & numbness), also headaches, fatigue & irritability, which usually dissipate upon stopping b6. For some of them: Most of the b vitamins must be replenished regularly, since any excess is excreted in the urine. But some, if taken in excess can cause problems: b3—3000 mg nicotinamide or 1500 mg nicotinic acid/day can cause nausea, vomiting, signs of liver toxicity. B6— more than 1000 mg/day is associated with peripheral sensory neuropathy. B9 excess can mask B12 deficiency. B12 excess may cause rash.
