Coughing back pain: Yes coughing too much can cause:

1. Muscle strain
2. Muscle spasm
3. Disc abnormality (herniation, bulge, tear...)
4. Facet joint irritation (whiplash joint)

if it persists, it is probably time to see a doctor. 

Weakness, nausea, vomiting, fever, bowel or bladder changes would be very worrisome symptoms if you have those as well.

See below: In a small percentage of patients with back pain, excessive movement between the vertebrae can cause pain. This is called instability and can be diagnosed with xrays that look at movement between the flexed and extended position of the spine. If movement is excessive, sometimes surgery is needed to stabilize the unstable segment(s).

: Your symptoms may not necessarily be due to gas itself, but may be due to being overly full and perhaps having acid reflux. You may want to take a short trial of acid reducing medication for one to two weeks to see if it helps. If it does not, you should make an appointment to see your doctor or a gastroenterologist if the symptoms are persisting. Good luck.

For thoroughness it's a good idea to have a checkup with your primary care doctor.  But your anxiety can be treated with a combination of psychotherapy and medications if those are needed.  A psychiatrist & psychologist can help.

Back and rib pain: Could be gastritis/ GERD/with or without H pylori. or as you indicated could be gas from constipation/ food intolerances ( dairy/gluten)  or gallbladder.  Would try maalox (has simethacone for gas),   ranitidine/ prevecid  keep food diary.  Avoid caffeine .alcohol ,soda ,spicy food  increase gastritis and gas.  Should have BM 1 qd eat fiber ( brown rice, lentils, oats,). f/u w/doc
