Many B12 supplements: contain 1000 mcg and that is still only about 17% of the RDA so all is well.  Please use sublingual (under the tongue) form.  If you swallow B12 the gastric juices will destroy most of it.  Peace and good health.

Caffeine is actually an insecticide developed by plants to keep bugs away. It is absolutely fine for a healthy person in moderation, but use too much and you can have some of above issues.
