Treatment: High blood pressure should be treated. There are many different classes of blood pressure medications.  If you have had side effects with one or a few, try different ones until you find one(s) that work and you can tolerate. Symptoms of dizziness and swelling may be related to blood pressure however should be evaluated by your doctor.

dr sir. how long does it take for haemoglobin,rbc level to rise.does it take weeks if taking supplements and diet? blood count showed just little below normal range.can that cause constant dizziness , fatigue and shortness breath after walking long?

: Hemoglobin just below normal should not cause symptoms. It may be a combination of slightly low hemoglobin and lack of regular exercise. With proper diet and supplements it would only take a few days to see an improvement.

Not usually: But why not replenish this vital vitamin, as it is critical in numerous immunological and hormonal bodily functions, and deficiencies have been associated with numerous problems.  Give it at least 3 months, and recheck levels at that point.

Vertigo symptoms: Before you start supplementing make sure that you have been properly and completely evaluated by a neurologist of the condition. An often missed condition for vertigo is called superior semicircular canal dehiscence syndrome that is easily diagnosed with a ct scan and testing. This is treatable and vertigo can become worse if missed. A well trained neurologist or ENT physician will help wit this.

i was prescribed "ultima with ginseng" food supplement for my vertigo. can it help lessen my vertigo symptoms? is it okay with my high blood meds?

Vertigo: Physicians have little knowledge and experience with supplements as they are not investigated by government agencies to assess safety and efficacy. They may contain potentially harmful substances. If you're experiencing vertigo produced by motions of your body and head, it's most likely an inner ear disorder treatable with meclizine or with certain manipulations performed by an Otolaryngologist.

ecg read:

normal sinus rhythm 
poss left atrial enlargement 
low voltage qrs
borderline/ normal ecg

worrisome? need follow up?

B complex: You took a b complex viramin then felt ill and went to ED.  You had an ecg.  It was normal or at least not concerning.  Normally taking a b complex vitamin should not cause a ecg problem so they are probably unrelated.  If you have light headed feelings you may need a halter monitor to look at your heart rate.  For vitamin deficiency see your doctor for the best treatments.

my iron is 22 b12 is 100 vitd 27 feeling very weak dizziness fatigue  taking supplement orally how long will it take to feel better ?

Depends: You should have his doctor evaluate why his B12 level is so low.  Is he a strict vegetarian?  Or he may have a condition called pernicious anemia in which he is unable to make B12.  He may feel better with getting B12 injections for a while.  5000iu of vitamin D everyday should help improve his vitamin D levels.  Eating more fish can also help improve his vitamin D and B12 levels.  Monitor levels.

my serum iron level is 9 [range:14-28] ferritin is 18 [10-420] symptoms fatigue, headaches, dizziness do i need to use iron supplements/ferrous fumarate to increase it? whats the difference between serum iron and ferritin please?

: Iron level is not a good marker for iron deficiency by itself. Ferritin reflects your body's iron but many conditions increase the ferritin level even you may be relatively deficient in iron. TIBC should be done to know if you truly have low iron. By those # I'd say you may have low iron but not 100% sure and without Hb/Hct/MCV/MCH/TIBC, I could not say if you should take iron supplement or not.

i have hypercalcemia symptoms - loss of appetite, confusion, tiredness, dizziness, after taking d3 supplements. is hypercalcemia possible if blood test results show normal calcium levels?

: Your symptoms can be seen in a variety of medical conditions and short of a lab error, you do not have hypercalcemia, if calcium is normalized for albumin level. Seeing your doc without self diagnosing or self treating would be best at this point.
