Usually, yes.: If yo have risk factors for early heart disease, this would be especially recommended. Some problems such as Aspirin allergy, clotting problems, or anticipation of surgery, would make that a bad idea, though.

Aspirin: A dose of 325 mg of Aspirin will not affect any implantation bleeding.

No worries: Reye syndrome is a rare condition that affects a few children who are recovering from an illness like influenza or chicken pox, who had been taking aspirin or other salicylates. An adult getting Reye syndrome after a single dose of aspirin would be so rare that nobody should fear it. As they say, "Don't sweat the small stuff." No worries.

Yes: you should be able to stop if it is just once a day. There are no withdrawal symptoms associated with aspirin. Additionally a once a day dose is out of your system manner hours before you take your next dose.

"aspirin therapy can be useful in women > or = 65 years of age (81 mg daily or 100 mg every other day) if blood pressure is contolled and benefit for ischemic stroke and mi (heart attack) prevention is likely to outweigh risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and hemorrhagic stroke, and may be reasonable for women <65 years of age for ischemic stroke prevention."
