Migraine headaches: If you have not seen your doc you need to do so.  Having said that, consider biofeedback, clinical hypnosis (www.asch.net), psychotherapy for stress management, food sensitivity testing (Great Plains lab in KS, USA has a good one), massage.  Peace and good health.

i was diagnosed with a complex migraine in which ive had for almost nine weeks now. i get pain all over my body. no pain medication works, ive tried imitrex, ibuprofen etc. the doctor gave me vitamins do you think theyll work?

Often times there are others cause, such a cervicogenic (coming from neck pain, usually facet joints), that can be relatively easily treated.  Make sure the diagnosis is correct. That could explain why no response to imitrex (sumatriptan).

Further evaluation: Sumatriptan won't be helpful for continuous headaches. Over the counter meds can exacerbate headaches and make them chronic. More information is necessary for further recommendations. Any other symptoms? Have you received an MRI? Anything concerning on exam? If otherwise normal, a daily preventative migraine med may be necessary.

is it safe to take 5mg celexa (citalopram) and 200 my ibuprofen?  i wouldn't be taking them at the same time but i would take them in the same day.

Unless you are pregnant there should be no problem with taking both drugs the same day . You should take Inuprophen with food because of its potential of causing ulcers and bleeding .
