i have had pain underneath my collarbone left side for 5 days.  recently was sick. hurts to inhale. can't take a deep enough breath. any thoughts?

Get Examined: Could be a variety of things. A collapse of a lung (Pneumothorax), accumulation of fluid (Pleural Effusion), lobar collapse (Atelectasis). Diagnosis would require a physical exam and likely a chest X-Ray.

Humidity: It could be the humidity makes it more difficult to breath or releases spores that irritate your airways. Anxiety over this will in turn make the breathing feel more difficult too. Perhaps you need to have a work up for asthma and allergies?

See below: All  results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your interpretation seems reasonable. It is highly unlikely that you have cancer.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Cough: Great question. Could be a sign of cough asthma if you don't have a cold at the moment  you could see a lung doctor to check

Several possibilitie: It can be anything from force of habit to muscle tightness around the ribs to pathology within the lungs themselves.
Many patients improve lung capacity with yoga stretching and breathing. You should have your doctor check your lung capacity just to be safe.

If you find that your breathing is affected by this suggest you see a pulmonologist and be tested appropriately. strange question. when i chew gum i  get sob, feel like i  can't  take a deep breath. it lasts awhile after throwing it out. what could cause this?

R/O ALLERGIC RX: It. May be an allergic reaction. Causing an asthma flare. Follow up with your doctor and an allergist. Bring the gum with you and see if they can screen you for any of the ingredients or dyes for color
