See below...: Feeling a constant urge to urinate is an annoying problem.  It can be caused by a bladder infection.    If you have seen a doc several times and there is no infection but the symptoms continue, you may have something called Interstitial Cystitis.  You can do a web search on this but the short version is that your bladder is constantly irritated but there is no infection.  Best wishes!

Fickle Prostate: What rhymes with prostate?Correct!!! Prostate!!!That's the most likely culprit at your age.But it could also be other things,so best to get to a Urologist and sort it out before you start leaving a trail of urine behind you. There are some non-prescription products out there that claim to help, but until you sort this out with a Urologist,I wouldn't consider them.For now,go to the toilet regularly

Probably nothing: more than dehydration and your body not making as much urine as usual.  If it persists, you might be getting kidney damage, so you need to see a doctor at that pointl.

Infection, maybe.: You may have a urinary tract infection which can cause these symptoms. Bladder infection: It's possible that you have a bladder infection. Your bladder becomes inflamed in an infection and gives you the feeling that you have to go even when you don't. You should see your doctor for a simple urine test which can tell whether you need antibiotics or not.

: If it happens only sometimes then you dont have a disease. Best is to try to empty your bladder when you get the urge. if your symptoms persist pl see a urologist

Urgency: Urgency, the feeling of needing to urinate, is usually the result of a full bladder.  But in cases of an overactive bladder, or bladder irritation, the sensation of needing to urinate may not signal a full bladder.  An irritated bladder may signal the need to urinate when, in fact the bladder is actually empty.  A visit with a urologist is recommended for an evaluation.

Infection likely: Dysuria, or pain during urination, is a specific symptom of inflammation of the urethra.  This finding can be seen in infections which need a history, physical, and simple urine tests to effectively diagnose and prevent.  Burning can also be a sign of other disorders. See your primary care physician first to get worked up and treated.

Drink less water: Drinking more water than you really want has no health benefit despite folklore claims to the opposite. If you're not thirsty, don't drink.  You'll urinate less then.
