Not specifically: If you have acquired an oral STD,some may trigger antibody formation that is detectable in the blood. However, this would not tell where the STD entered the body. The urine would not provide any information beyond an STD acquired through the genitals. Oral STD's are verified by sampling /examining the oral cavity.

No: There are more than a dozen diseases that can be passed through sexual contact. Only a fraction will shed any material into the urine that could be used for diagnosis and treatment.

STD: That would very unlikely. The std would likely need to make contact with a mucosal membrane  (like mouth or genitalia) on you or go directly in through a break in your skin (depending on what it is ). In other words the type of contact you have would not be conducive to this.   However, there can be lots of germs in general on toilets- so  hope you clean toilets with gloves. Take care.

Toilet unlikely STDs: Except for the moist secretions from a herpes lesion, most STDs would need more intimate contact than intact thigh skin against a dry toilet seat.  Lesions in your urine sound more like mucous threads and could be coming from the urine or vaginal secretions and could either be normal or related to an infection.  An exam and urinalysis by your family doctor or gyn would help clarify.

NO: No, transmission of HIV through urine has never been established and is not a risk.  Unless, there is significant amount of blood in the urine and you have significant exposure to the bloody urine for a period of time.  Other STDs are also highly unlikely to be spread by urine and cannot be spread by toilet seats or other surfaces of fomites or surfaces.

Water sports: I am surprised to see this question here.  It is a first for me.  But, urine play during a sexual encounter is a common experience that some couples use to enhance their sexuality.

It is very difficult to think that urine exposure can put one at risk for stds.  Most stds require blood, semen, or vaginal secretions to pass along the std.
