Nature: No.  Your testicles continue to make Sperm and your prostate gland makes new semen.  If you are ejaculating so much you have no ejaculation then you have to rest and hydrate a bit to let your natural processes catch up.

: Sperm only lives in an environment that is conducive to its existence, the female vagina or if frozen. In a hot tub or warm pool, where it is wet and moist, sperm dies in 3-5 minutes. One can still get pregnant in a hot tub or pool, if there is penetration and ejaculation during sex.

Possibly Normal: If i understand you correctly- you are having problems after you ejaculate (release sperm). Your penis is no longer firm and you feel tired.  This is  a normal post ejaculatory response.  It is called the refractory period. It goes away if rest a little. You must allow yourself to build your strength back up.

No.: There are so many problems with this. First, it implies the sperm are external. The water, clothes, distance would impede things greatly.
THEN, the entire context is spermacidal:
water than isn't both the right acidity and the right salt content is spermacidal. And the water likely has chlorine..very spermacidal.
Light, the wrong termature also spermacidal.
