Sometimes vaginal discharge can be a sign of a sexual transmitted infection. Testing is important to determine the treatment and keep you and your partne.

Yeast? UTI? STD?: This sounds like a yeast infection. However, the &quot;can&#x27;t hold urine&quot; symptom could be from a bacterial urinary tract infection. Depending on sexual risks, an  STD like chlamydia or gonorrhea is possible. Whatever the cause, it should be easy to diagnose and treat. See a doctor. : If you do not think you leak urine (underwear gets wet) then you may have symptoms of vaginitis although you have not had sexual contact. You can try warm sitz bath with baking soda (1 tablespoon of baking soda in 2 liters of warm water) 10-15 minutes, two - three times/day for a day or two until the symptoms resolve. See a doctor if symptoms do not improve.

im 33 years old female i have very high rbc in urine (50-150mm3). i had ct scan and all seems normal.could it be from vaginal discharge as i breastfed?

Sometimes: Breastfeeding would be unrelated, but yes, in women who are on their period or spotting a urinalysis can show blood that is not really coming from the bladder.  A doctor may perform a catheter urine collection to eliminate the chance of contamination from vaginal blood/discharge.  If the blood really is from the bladder and with no recent UTI, further testing may be needed, i.e. cystoscopy

Prostate: Your prostate gland is over flowing.  It may be infected.  Sperm are not visible. They are microscopic. Your prostate is leaking semen into your urethra. You may need to ejaculate several times to empty your prostate gland.
