No not with nitrates: All erectile dysfunction medications can not be taken with nitrates.  All work to dilate blood vessels as their mechanism of action and are contraindicated with nitrates, which also dilate blood vessels. It could cause an unsafe drop in blood pressure.

Accepted Answer

Yes: The only form of nitrogen known to cause problems with viagra (sildenafil) (pde5 inhibitors) is nitroglycerin.  This is a medication used in heart patients.  Nitrates such as those found in foods are not known to be a problem.

Yes it can: It has been reported that viagra (sildenafil) has caused heart attack in many younger  men more so who were taking nitrites as well
this was reported to fda in 2000due to post marketing adverse event report.
In analysis of 1473 major adverse event reported 522 people died, most from cardiovascular causes, two third deaths happened 4to5hors after taking viagra (sildenafil).Majority of patients were less than 65 years age.

Yes, but: not the most nutritious option.  Cooking fresh meat is better.  Removing the nitrates has healthful benefits, but adding carmelized sugar carries all expected risk (weight gain, missed nutrients when filling up on high carb foods, tooth decay, insulin intolerance, etc)

Not in the: Amounts normal humans can consume.

Yes it is: There has been shown link between increased levels of nitrates and deaths from Alzeimer Disease,Diabetes Mellitus,Parkinson's Disease,stomach,esophagus and colon ulcer.It may ne due to effect of nitrosamines on the DNA,

Read the label: Read the ingredients on the label to see. There are many brands of  soy sauce t  so it is hard to say what each one has in it.

Beer?: If this is alcohol and taking with meds  I would not do that .The alcohol is not going to help an erection but interfere. If you need Viagra (sildenafil) you do not need alcohol and I would avoid this combination.

if i take pre workout,c4, in the morning(6am) can i take 25 mg of viagra at night(7pm)? also if i take creatine daily, will that interact with viagra?

There is no concern.: Neither c4 nor creatine will react with Viagra in a negative way.

Alcohol is alcohol: No matter how the alcohol is formed the issue is how alcohol interacts with you and any medicine.  Alcohol interferes with sexual function  so it is contra-indicated if sexual dysfunction present.   I suggest you get formal support regarding your relationship with alcohol.  I suspect this help would also  improve your sex life.
