Celexa (citalopram): Cannot cause sleep apnea or sleep disorders but it has an antihistamine component that can cause some people to be sleepily during the day .llexapro is basically the same psychiatric medication purified without the antihistamine so it has less side effects

Whatever you need...: First, congratulations! i think you need to do what you need to quit smoking & stay quit whether it's taking zyban (bupropion) or Chantix or nicotine patches/gum/sprays or electronic cigarettes. Sure, you're sometimes trading one form of nicotine for another but at least you're no longer exposed to carcinogens (cancer causing stuff). Exercise & good nutrition helps, too. Counselors & support group.

So many!: Congratulations in doing one of the hardest things! Nicotine withdrawal symptoms are vast and largely depend on the person. Generally though- fatigue, anxiety, restlessness, headache and mood disturbance are not uncommon.
