With : With headache and neck stiffness, there would be a concern for meningitis. If you have neck pain, stiffness, or especially if you have any fever or rash you would have to be seen in the emergency department. It could also be that your lymph node swelling is causing worsening symptoms in your neck.

See a doctor: This is not something that can easily be diagnosed over the internet. You need to be examined and further history obtained. The stiff neck, headache and fever are disturbing and need assessment to be sure you do not have involvement of the central nervous system. Go see your PCP. Best wishes.

Neck pain and stiffness should be looked at carefully in setting of a fever.

Get med eval: Throbbing headache, stiff sore neck, and facial pressure can be signs of many things, including migraine, tension headache, continued sinus infection, and meningitis. Some of these problems are more worrisome than others. You should see a doctor for an evaluation.

Length of time?: You have not said how long you have had these symptoms. If it is a short time, you likely have an infection with reactive lynphadenopathy which should resolve.Longer time requires you to see a doctor.
