See details: Forget the B12. It is normal and is not the cause of fatigue. Active Crohn's or anemia related to Crohn's can cause fatigue as can numerous unrelated issues.

Yes it's possible: Its difficult to isolate what fibromyalgia is. Much easier to diagnose what it is not. Therefore it's difficult to assess what 'cause & affect' makes it worse as opposed to simply, 'guilt by association.' someone best described it as a water pipe. Pressure (good) makes the water flow but stress (bad) makes the pipe crack!

Umbilical pain: Yes.  That said so can a number of other things.  Make sure you are not pregnant, have no fevers and no other major symptoms or findings.  Stay hydrated.  Increase your fiber. Stress : The body's response to stress is to stimulate the adrenal gland which releases epinephrine which causes your heart beat faster. It also causes other issues. If this is done over a long period of time there are possible side effects that can affect your heart over a long period of time, like elevating your blood pressure. You should see your doctor for a more complete evaluation.

Sternal pain: It may or may not becaused by stress. You mave have a benign condition known as costo-chondritis which is an inflammation of the cartilage connecting the ribs to the sternum. Ibuprofen can be used for pain relief.
