Swollen calf: check neurological status of nerve roots lumbar 4 and 5. 
if you are a runner, and swelling is painful,  then check for compartment syndrome.

: The location description is in the distribution of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve of the thigh, and you might possess meralgia paresthetica.  The low back pain may or may not be related.  Have your doctor examine you and advise.

Could be paresthesia: You need to have clarity because at your age it could be paresthesia which is benign skin feelings. Other options could be some type of vascular or neurological issue and that's why you need to have an a evaluation

: Causes of numbness include nerve damage, nerve compression (either localized or at spine exit), demyelination syndromes, and several other neurological syndromes. A full neurological exam and specific nerve conduction studies may help to localize the problem. General antiinflammatories may also help in the short term.

: My rule of thumb is if sciatica is still problematic after 6 weeks, i recommend an MRI of the lumbosacral spine and/ referral to a neurosurgeon for evaluation and treatment options.

Foot numbness: If its unilateral, it could be due to spine related problem. If bilateral, more systemic cause is likely, eg diabetes, neuropathy.

Sounds vascular: You should take these symptoms seriously and see a doctor. Circulation may be an issue and chest pain is a signal to get attention now. There is no reason to ignore it. If it is severe, go to an urgent care clinic or er. Best wishes - it may be nothing serious, but don't risk your life on that.

i had a femoral artery blood clot that was "blasted out". afterwards my lower leg from just below the knee went numb. what cause cause this?

Embolization: I suspect that by "blasted out" you had some sort of percutaneous thrombectomy. I worry that the clot travelled down your leg. If it is still numb, you need to be evaluated.
