Not easily: Scratches in polycarbonate lenses involve the removal of plastic in the scratch.  To smooth it out you would need to grind this away which would alter the power of the lense and might induce some distortion.  Check with an optical shop to see if some correction is possible or replacement is needed.

Difficult: Some drugstores and oculists sell a liquid that can be brushed over the lens, and if the scratch is superficial enough it might work. But I am told by my optometrist friend that most scratches are permanent, particularly in plastic lenses, and if the scratch is significant enough to interfere with your vision you'll just have to replace the lens.

Optician : Bring your glasses into an optical shop that has an optician that works there. The optician may be able to finely remove some very superficial scratches. Deeper ones generally are not removed. Good luck.

Can't be fixed.: Scratches on prescription glasses cannot be removed or fixed.  If they are bad, you will have to have new lenses made.

No: Scratches may make things look blurry through the glasses but will not harm your vision in any way so you shouldn't worry.  If you want to get rid of the scratches you will have to get new lenses. They can't be polished out as that will change the prescription.
