Think it is: Coincidence with the probiotics. They are just like your own flora to beef it up and make you gut work better. You must have some other reason for the headache . Could you have a sinus pressure ???neck spasms???

i took a 50billion vaginal support probiotic yesterday woke @ 430am with severe headaches and vomiting. will canadia die off toxins harm my baby?

No: Candida yeast on the skin or in the vagina do die if treated with anti-yeast medications. Haven't heard of any problems caused by the dead yeast cells, probably because the human body has adapted to safely getting rid of such things.

i have green loose stool and, headache, stomach cramps for two days. ive taken scopex, bevispas and loperamide and a probiotic. should i go see a doctor?

Diarrhea : We may need more history here.  Is this loose or watery stool or increased frequency .Any fever, Nausea or vomiting.Recent food ingestion poisoning
Diarrhea more than 3 days duration or poor oral intake may be an indication to see a doctor .
Stool color does not indicate infection as it can take color of  recently ingested food.
if there is blood in stool or tarry stool that at be from GI bleed

Septic bone: Too sick for computer help.  Bone infections (osteomyelitis) especially those after previous surgery need to be seen by an orthopaedic surgeon.  Preferably the one who knows the most about the prior cases.  Chronic osteomyelitis often needs to have the infected dead bone removed to cure the infection - antibiotics alone will not usually work.

Maybe . . .: Urine color &amp; odor changes w/what &amp; how much you consume. Asparagus is a classic example as some people will notice strong urine odor after consuming this vegetable. Urine will appear deeper yellow when dehydrated and more pale &amp; clear when hydrated. However, taking high dose vitamins can often discolor urine making it deep yellow regardless of hydration, leading many to report expensive urine.

Smell in urine: Any changes to your supplements can cause a change of smell and color to your urine.  As long as you are not having pain, blood, or cloudy urine you should be fine.  Have a u/a done if you are having any symptoms

Perhaps indirectly: There is evidence that probiotics can help reduce anxiety. 
I haven't heard of them causing anxiety but perhaps they're killing yeast and unfriendly bacteria in your gut and you're experiencing a "die-off" or Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction. If so this should lessen over time, but maybe you are sensitive to this probiotic and you should try a different brand. See
