Start your pills...: It would be a good idea to start your contraception pills--especially since you have resumed sexual activity.   Its ok to start the pills, even though you have used plan b.  Best wishes!

: Freshly expressed or pumped milk can be stored at different temperatures. On the countertop (ambient room temperature) milk is safe for about 4 hours. In the Refrigerator (36-40 degrees F) milk lasts up to 4 days. In the Freezer (0 degrees F or colder, milk can last up to 6 months.

Soon: Most patients take 6 weeks of maternity leave. After an uncomplicated vaginal delivery patients may go back much sooner. Many need to for financial reasons. While physically it is fine, taking time off to bond and spend time with your new baby is very important.

Bonding between mom and her baby cannot be overestimated, and the more time she has to spend with the baby, the better for both of them.

Including hormonal changes, sleep deprivation due to taking care of a newborn, changing roles and getting time to take care of your other two children, economical difficulties, etc. Speak to your physician about what you are experiencing to see if it can be addressed through diet, meditation or if other support is required.
