Pinworms: I am not sure if mebendazole is still present in the US , at any rate you can repeat  pyrantel (pin-x) once more, make sure you're giving the correct dose according to body weight , if no improvement see his/her doctor again

Neuropathy: I do not know why you have these symptoms. I have seen similar presentation in patients with shingles or postherpetic neuralgia. This is a nerve response  a viral  infection on the nerve. Vitamin b6 toxicity is associated with numbness in fingers hands and feet and not in one single nerve area like you describe. Check with your doctor. For proper diagnosis and treatment. Also there can be a fine tremor of the hands or legs, muscle twitches, difficulty walking, slurred speech, nystagmus, and seizures.  Management is to reduce dose or temporarily stop the drug.  Lithium levels need to be monitored regularly, and kept in therapeutic range (maintenance .6 - 1 mmol/l).
