It will do nothing : for mild scoliosis but learning exercises for your back and then doing them routinely along with weight control and not smoking can help minimize future issues in terms of back pain.

Find source of pain: Scoliosis is rarely a cause of pain. Work with your specialist physician to find the source of your pain and then move forward with other treatment options. If you have not yet had an mri, then this could be a helpful test.

It can: However it will need to be something you continue after the therapy has ended. If you stop doing the exercises then you will lose the benefits in the long run.

Congenital : Congenital scoliosis is typically treated in childhood. This really depends on the underlying reason for the scoliosis, how old your child is, and the chances that the scoliosis can get worse.  Surgery is a corrective option for this and it sounds like you should have an evaluation by a pediatric spine surgeon to see if surgery is or will be necessary at some point to help correct this.  Pediatric spine surgeons typically practice in major cities at the university or affiliated hospitals.  A pediatric orthopedic surgeon in your local are can also be helpful.

is physiotherapy the correct treatment for ulnar nerve entrapment?

Sometimes: Ulnar nerve entrapment typically occurs at the elbow, but can also occur at the wrist. A short course of anti-inflammatories, bracing, and activity modification can usually resolve the symptoms.  A referral to a specialist may be needed if symptoms persist.

Cervical stenosis : Intermittent cervical traction may be helpful for cervical disc syndromes. Other physical therapies will not reduce the size of the cervical disc but may be very helpful.  In general, time alone can reduce the size of disc displacements. The answer to your question is considering your physical examination and symptoms- and not focusing on the MRI findings alone.  MRIs don't equal outcomes.

See a pediatrician .: You should bring your 20yr baby to see a pediatrician for general health check for nutrition, growth, and development, and specific growth of legs, etc. so she/he may sort out what may cause such - inborn or acquired - and recommend how to manage the current concern about baby's legs. So, act ASAP.

i have sacroiliitis which i understand is inflammation of the sacroiliac joint.  i have been receiving physical therapy. i have been receiving physical therapy, about 18 sessions over three months.  there is some slow reduction of the pain i experience.

Sacroiliitis : Sacroiliitis is commonly confused with back problems.  The pain is located in butt in the pocket area of pants.  Patients tend to not want to sit on the painful side.  It is usually tender to push over the area.  Sacroiliitis may be treated with physical therapy, steroid injections, radiofrequency ablation (burning) and endoscopic rhizotomy (nerve cutting) and surgery.  Steroid injections often provide short term relief (months) and the addition of physical therapy may be beneficial.  Nerve burning and endoscopic rhizotomy may provide significant but usually temporary pain relief due to the diffuse wide spread innervation of the sacroiliac joint from both front and back of the joint.  New surgical techniques and devices have recently been or are in the process of being released (fda approved) which gives hope for longterm treatment in the future.
