: Why do you have to rely on OTC supplement(s) if there are effective medications for voiding issue for people at your age if the etiology is defined. You should see a urologist or at least a family doctor for the correct diagnosis and appropriate treatment. Do not waste your money for OTC supplement with questionable benefits.

Infection: I suggest you have it checked out by a medical professional. It sounds like you may have a urine infection. The surrounding irritation might respond to ointment depending on what it looks like.

UTI &amp; low dose pills: The urinary frequency may be due to a urinary tract infection(UTI) unrelated to the use of the pill. Low dose contraceptives do not produce dizziness nor water retention. Nausea can be a problem if the pill is taken on an empty stomach in some individuals. Have a MD evaluate you for a UTI.

Constipation, maybe: not the others, frequent urination can also be due to drinking too much fluids, urinary tract infection or just being nervous, if problem persists, see your doctor, good luck

Injection: A urinary tract infection can often cause frequent urination, pain with urination and the feeling of needing to go right now. Diabetes can also cause this so make sure that you have been properly tested for this and aren't simply assuming that you don't have it.

Prostatic hypertrophy can lead to 'dribbling' and a sense of needing to urinate; especially at night.

what would cause me to stay hungry all the time, stay nausiated regardless of how much or what i eat or don't eat,  frequent urination?

Some reasons...: It could be the type of food you're eating... If you eat lots of carbs and sugars, and not enough healthy protein or fats, you won't ever feel full.  But that doesn't explain the frequent urination and nausea.  I'd highly recommend getting checked by your doc - especially getting checked for diabetes.  It doesn't sound like an urgent problem but at least in the next week or two.  Hope this helps.

Post Void Dribbling: Post void dribbling(pvd) results from incomplete contraction of the muscles around the urethra(urine channel).  This results in urine that, with movement, can leak out.
This leakage is not an indication of overactive bladder and will not lead to frequency of urination.
With a kegel squeeze leftover urine can be passed. Milking the urethra from behind the scrotum forward can also expel it.

UTI - Diabetes: You need to be evaluated for a urinary tract infection, diabetes and possibly over active bladder syndrome by your physician.  My office is in Draper, UT if you don't have a one.   I also perform spinal manipulation. A back out of alignment would not be the highest on the list of causes for frequent urination.

Accepted Answer

You might: have redistribution of leg edema fluid upon lying down, causing urinary frequency.  If you have an infection, you should be treated.  Consult with an internist to investigate other causes of polyuria, such as diabetes.
