Other means: Vast majority of genital warts are by sexual transmission. As it caused by virus, hpv  may possible to get implanted on a genital abrasion by any other means.

: There are dozens of strains of the HPV virus and a select few that are site specific to genitals/sexual transmission. The common skin wart is not from a strain that is passed by genital contact/sex. Acquisition of these warts come from exposure to the wart virus on surfaces or hand to hand contact with an infected source.

Very : Very difficult to tell without a clinical examination.  It is also possible these are benign sebaceous hyperplasia (fordyce spots) which are common in the genital area in males and females.  I hope that helps.

: Using a condom prevents 99% of STD'S and HIV. HPV is spread from skin to contact. If she is HPV positive than any kissing or close body contact, than HPV can be possibly spread to  you.

: All your test results are valid; you do not have HIV or any STD for which you were tested. The chance of genital warts from a single sexual exposure is very low, but it can take a year or more for warts to show up.

Not normal: Blood from the rectum/anus is not normal - ever.  It may be as simple as hemorrhoids but you should get it evaluated by your physician just to be sure.  It could also be a fissure, infection, constipation, or worse - cancer.  If there is a lot of bleeding or clots, go to the doctor or er asap.  And, yes, anal intercourse can sometimes cause bleeding primarily by tears/fissures.
