Many causes: Elevated eosinophils and fever can be caused by allergies, a drug reaction or certain infections - but these are rare in the US. EG. coccidioidomycosis (valley fever) is found in the southwestern US, Trichinella (roundworms from uncooked meat), hookworms, Paragonomiasis, and toxocara (visceral larva migrans, from infected animal litter).

Various: Strep throat, CMV infection, toxoplasmosis, acute HIV infection among others.  Get checked out by your doctor.

Dizzy, hearing loss: Those issues may be somewhat unrelated to mononucleosis. If you had upper respiratory symptoms with the mono, then may be related. I  would suggest seeing an otolaryngologist at this point to sort things our further, get a good head/neck exam, and possibly hearing testing.

: Those symptoms are not unusual. If you don't have high fever (more than 102) and/or no shortness of breath, you can continue with symptomatic treatment for cough, diarrhea, etc. You should increase fluid intake, preferably with sport drinks for calories and electrolytes. See doctor for high fever, chest pain &amp; shortness of breath or productive cough with greenish phlegm. Expect improvement soon.
