Some low-calorie fruits and vegetables -- carrots, celery, apples, etc. -- without dip may also help you overcome the munchies. Ibuprofen may help if you're having muscle aches. If you've been using for more than a few days, consider a call your personal physician, but it's GREAT that you've chosen to live better despite the slip.

: The main cause of strong vaginal odor is bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. STDs are more common in women with BV, so it's good you were tested with negative results. Diet and water have nothing to do with BV, and neither does methamphetamine. Your doctor should have been able to easily diagnose and treat BV; maybe find a (different?) gynecologist. All know BV very well.
