Normal: Process is normal secretion of fluids from urethral lining and prostate as part of sexual stimulation prior to orgasm and ejaculation.  Not to worry.  Normal. Depends: Some studies say there's no sperm in pre-ejaculate, others disagree. Even if there's no sperm there's the usual risk of sti's such as chlamydia as well. So if you're in a stable relationship with a partner you trust and are trying to conceive or on reliable birth control it's ok.
