Incomplete voiding: There are many potential causes of incomplete voiding.  Obstruction to outflow and neurologic abnormality are potentially the most serious causes.  I would suggest you visit a urologist for a more complete assessment.

Here are some...: To a great degree, the muscles for lower urinary tract (bladder and urethra) and anal / perineal regions share the same origin of innervation, i.e., chiefly from sacral nerves 2-4; therefore what you have experienced is normally expected. So, don't worry about such as long as not interfering your conducting daily chores and tasks of daily living.

A urologist would be the best specialist to help determine the cause and treatment options.

Possible uti: If the pain continues with urination, you probably have a urinary infection and should see your primary care physician. You canalso have pain with urination if there is a vaginal infection, but this is usually associated with a discharge.

Sperm: Sometimes he can have a retrograde ejaculation especially if he takes Flomax (tamsulosin) for large prostate if whitish discharge continues need urine analysis.

No?: That can be a normal problem and not necessarily be pathologic. I would recommend cutting back on the liquids in the evening and make sure you use the bathroom before going to bed.I would also try to train yourself to wake up when the urge to urinate arises.

It : It would be important to determine if you are having other urinary problems.  Try to note whether you are having pain with urination.  It is important to note how many children you have, which can cause weakening of the bladder wall (cystocele) and can cause problems urinating.  Also note whether you have problems urinating when you don't want to (with sneezing, running), or whether it is hard to go.  If you have other symptoms, then see a gynecologist or uro-gynecologist to have a complete examination of your pelvic structures.
