Numerous things: Many things can cause one to feel bloated.  Bloating is normal process that in some can become uncomfortable. I would start a probiotic, simethicone with meals and treat constipation with MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) if you have to.  Then go see a md.

Progesterone : During ovulation a small cyst ruptures and releases the egg.  There is usually fluid and blood released too.  This may cause bloating and pain.  Progesterone levels rise and stay high for 2 weeks.  This leads to some of the pms symptoms like bloating, fluid retention, constipation, and others. Yes: Taking Aspirin (250 mg in each excedrin extra strength) everyday can cause stomach irritation and lead to a feeling of bloating and indigestion. The tylenol (acetaminophen) probably would not cause bloating unless you got to the point if liver injury. I would avoid taking it as an everyday pain medication and speak to you physician regarding a long term alternative.
