Cold laser: Cold laser is well known to promote healing. It is used in europe quite a lot (unfortunately not in the usa-due to fda). I would think that its not a waste of time and to certainly try it. Make sure its a medical grade laser and max treatments are 12 but you should see a difference by 6-7 treatments if done right.

In that case a biopsy would be indicated. Are you overweight? Your hormone levels may have to be checked. Needs evaluation and treatment.

: Tingling and itching often can occur right before an outbreak of herpes occurs. If you have recurrent herpes or are taking daily acyclovir your outbreaks might become less severe over time and tingling, itching/pain may be your symptoms during an outbreak. I would wait to see if you get sores and if not, still wait until all the symptoms have resolved/  7 days before having sex with condoms.
