Need more info: Cryofibrinogenemia is a complex illness with many side effects. You must discuss this in depth with your treating physician.

Unlikely: Lupus is basically a form of "vasculitis" which affects small blood vessels such as those in the kidneys, joints (arthritis) and skin! The GI tract is generally unaffected! The MEDICATIONS used to TREAT Lupus are another story! Most of them have mild-moderate GI effects!
Speak with your Rheumatologist! (If you have not seen one you should!!!0

i've had a severe headache coupled with occasional dizziness and nausea for 17 days. also symptoms elsewhere...chances of lupus?

Not: Typical initial symptoms of lupus. Is you headache on one side and pounding ? Does light or sound make it worse?  You may be in a bad cycle of migraines. Relax. Does not sound anything like lupus!

what to expect while on methotrexate for lupus? lots of nausea that day? also i heart it causes fatigue at first? any weight gain?

Some: No weight gain with Methotrexate but nausea and fatigue can occur in a minority of patients. If they do occur, tell your doctor as the symptoms might be timing or dose related and adjustments can be made. Do not be discouraged. Your doctor is thinking of medicines to aggressively control your condition.

WaitForBiopsyReport: Pain in upper abdomen associated with nausea can be drom Chronic Gastritis,Peptic Ulcer Disease as well from gall bladder conditions.The endoscopy showed mild patchy gastric erythema which suggest gastritis.You have to wait for biopsy and H PYLORI test report.Treatment if h pylori negative will consist of acid suppression.Follow up with your GI Doctor

Dehydration: If you are unable to keep down any liquids or you are having more than 4 watery stools an hour, chills, fatigue, then it might not be a bad idea to consider presenting to an urgent care for IV fluids.

See your Dr.: You assuming this is a lupus flare, which may be correct, but there are other possible causes which should be explored as well. Call your surgeon to discuss this event. Stress may contribute to your flares.

Ganglionopathy?: This could be due to autoimmune ganglionopathy which is inflammation of the autonomic ganglia. This may occur following a viral infection or in association with an underlying connective tissue disease such as lupus which may or may not fully manifest itself. You need autonomic testing and anti-neuronal antibodies for evaluation. The condition is treatable with steroids and immunosuppression.
