lack of sleep, been having stomach issues for months, had a egd and colonoscopy done. what could it be.. i dont have a appetite anymore. nauseous and a lot of burping and body aches?

Nausea, burping, ach: I assume the EGD and colonoscopy were normal. Were you checked for gluten sensitivity, liver or gall bladder disease? If the gastroenterologist has no more suggestions, I recommend seeing a specialist in internal medicine who will take a thorough history&amp;system review, do a physical examination&amp;order appropriate tests in order to make a differential diagnosis &amp; may refer you to other consultants.

Not uncommon: Many people report nausea or stomach pains if kept up or stay up way too late. Can be an indicator of fatigue or stress (or both). Not a problem, just means you need to take a nap and get some rest.

Anxiety not hernia : Anxiety can cause the lack of sleep but it is unlikely to be caused by a hiatal hernia. A hiatal hernia can cause some epigastic discomfort and signs of reflux. The hiatal hernia can usually be treated by antacids and reflux meds.

What happens when you have some down time? Or, is that out of the question?   Do you have a partner?   Can you express milk and have the partner administer and you rest?   How's your nutrition?   Too many ?'s.   See the MD first.
