: It takes a few days. Process starts even before implantation and requires the development of the endometrium. Over the course of the pregnancy, the placenta grows from a few cells into an organ that will eventually weigh about 1 pound. By week 12, the placenta is formed and ready to take over nourishment for the baby. However, it continues to grow throughout your pregnancy to 34 weeks.

Implantation of a fertilized ovum is most likely to occur about 9 days after ovulation, but can range between 6 to 12 days.

: Never alcohol again. 
Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. It will destroy your brain cells, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, including breast, cause hepatitis, cirrhosis and pancreatitis etc. There is no safe level of alcohol intake. Quit while you are ahead.

Depends: You could take a blood test any time now as it is positive a day after missed period, if the woman is pregnant. If you wish to do home test using urine, wait 2-3 days. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.

Usually works, but: Emergency contraception pills (such as Plan B, Next Choice, or Take Action) can alter the menstrual bleeding for the cycle in which the pills were taken, and sometimes the next cycle too. One should be sure to check a home pregnancy test about 3 weeks after sex, to confirm non-pregnancy. Pregnancy is not likely, because emergency contraception pills work most of the time.

Pregnancy Testin: Since it impossible to know when you have conceived and had implantation (implantation bleeding is an internet myth) the best and most accurate answer is that one does not test until they have missed their period.  Any testing before this may be invalid or inaccurate.
