Possible: Wait another week and check first AM urine with home pregnancy test. It could also be dysfunctional uterine bleeding which is common with hormonal shifts even with stress. Trying to conceive can be stressful which works against you. Easier said than done, but try to relax. Many couples conceive after adoption because the pressure is off. Follow up with your fertility specialist, too. Take care.

Not really: Politely, "implantation bleeding" is mostly an internet fad - 'real' implantation bleeding is sporadic and highly unpredictable, and doesn't happen at all in most cases. No, it's not like a period - bleeding that heavy is unlikely  'implantation, ' could be breakthrough or other reasons.

Light bleeding: As answered in previous question unless pregnancy is confirmed,  cannot say that this was implantation bleeding. It could be light period from hormone imballance.

Usually minimal spot: Implantation bleeding is usually not heavy.  Your description may be bleeding from other causes other than implantation.

IUD: well it could be implantation bleeding or it could be irregular bleeding if you had a Mirena (levonorgestrel) IUD. If you do not have a period within within 2-3 weeks of that bleeding then I would do a pregnancy test.

Most often: implantation bleeding does not occur - when it does occur it is usually a tiny amount of blood.

: The timing and amount of bleeding are quite different. Implantation bleeding is mid-cycle (soon after ovulation) and usually a lot less blood than a menstrual period.
