Yes: Most contact lens prescriptions are available in colored contact lenses.

Probably: You may want to see your ophthalmologist / optometrist and have a vision test wearing your contacts or maybe you need a new pair, good luck

Why?: You may, however, I would not recommend it. Contact lenses require careful cleaning and putting things in your eyes that you do not need is not healthful.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Sometimes: The powers of the eyeglass and the contact are additive. They might add up to a proper prescription for you if designed that way and some visual problems need this as a purposeful set-up.  You will not like it if you put full corrective eyeglasses on top of fully corrected contact lenses.

what can i use for sunglasses when i wear prescription glasses?

Clip ons: If you wear prescription glasses you have a couple of choices other than prescription sunglasses.  First and best performing are magnetic or clip on shades that fit in front of your regular glasses.  Key drawbacks may be glare and they are heavier.  You can also wear "fit overs" which are large sunglasses designed to go over your regular lenses.  See your optician for suggestions.

what's causing my headache? happens wether i wear prescription glasses or sunglasses (different sizes). i never had this problem before until a few weeks ago. i can only wear them for short time and once i take them off i feel immediate relief?

: The headaches might be related to the correction of your lenses.
If they cause you to squint a lot they can be the problem.
A visit to your optomitrist is in order to evaluate your prescription.

i've been having constant dry eye, i wear prescription glasses and have headaches pretty much everyday. could they be linked? i'm not sure why i have dry eye.

A few suggestions: Has your 'dry eye' been confirmed by an ophthalmologist.  This can be treated with plain ointment at night and drops during the day (do not use drops that say gets the red out).  Give this a week or so to see if there is improvement.  Headaches probably come from a different origin.  Dry eye at your age is uncommon but can be associated with arthritis.  Get evaluation if not improved.

No: Laser vision correction may be an option as well as phakic intraocular lenses.  Speak to a refractive eye surgeon for more info.  Have a great day!

Depends: Most people would have very blurred vision and some would get a headache or nauseated.  If they are only a little off, then you may have no symptoms at all.

Accepted Answer

Yes: Your vision will improve, get worse, or remain the same.  Please forgive me, no disrespect is intended. These things are unpredictable. You'll be doing yourself a favor if you do wear your prescription rx's, and i hope that you will at least wear them when you are driving a motor vehicle. Many men will like the serious, thoughtful look that glasses give you; or you have a contact lens option.
