Many options.: There are many options over the counter for it. It is suggested to drink plenty of water. At least 8 glasses of water a day. Make sure to eat plenty of fiber including fruits and vegetables. They even make fiber tablets which you can take. They also make over the counter medications for constipation such as MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) which should be used as directed. See a physician for appropriate treatment and rec.

Yes, you can: Lipitor (atorvastatin) and fish oil is safe combo. Fish oil can be obtained from eating fish or by taking supplements. Also it is very important to continue to follow your doctor's advice about diet and exercise.

No.: You might be safe to take something in the year that it expires, but I would toss out any product that is even a year past its expiration date. I worry about changes to the chemistry of products more than a year after their expiration. For this stuff from 12 yrs ago, take it  &amp; any any other expired meds to your city medication disposal unit (your Family Doc, the Health Dept, or the police).

Crevast more potent: The rosuvastatin (Crevast) is 4 times more potent then atorvastatin (Aztor) so it would not be equivalent. Talk to your doctor about switching.

Accepted Answer

Use caution: You should only use these medicines together under the guidance of a physician.  Diazepam and Nucynta (tapentadol) have differing mechanisms of action but may "work together" to cause somnolence or possibly respiratory depression.
