Anxiety.: Therapy.  Switching medications.  And sometimes time alone will do the trick.  Talk to your doc.

Yes/you can use both: There are no significant interactions between Zoloft and Xanax (alprazolam).  As always, avoid alcohol when using these drugs, and do not take dosage higher than prescribed.  But there is no danger in taking these two together, as long as you stay within prescribed dosages.  If you are suffering from panic attacks, it's best to avoid caffeine also (coffee, tea, sodas).  Slow deep breathing may help also.

Yes.: Xanax (alprazolam) is however used as a short term medication and the goal would be to use only the Zoloft on a long term basis because Xanax (alprazolam) can be very addictive.

Some people may: be a little bit  more anxious when they first start zoloft (sertraline) - that will usually pass.

Yes: Hello
There is a possible interaction with taking Zoloft (sertraline) and Voltaren.  There is no contraindication but caution is advised when using these 2 together.   The combination can cause low sodium and may increase the risk of bleeding.
