No problem: Taking both vitamin D and iron together should not be a problem.  Your stomach may be sensitive to one of these drugs so if you have any symptoms such as nausea or pain you should try taking them at different times.

Check amount : Make sure the supplements offer unique vitamins and minerals. Most hair skin and nails formulas have the same vitamins as any good quality multivitamin. You don't want to take in excess amounts of vitamin A, E or B as they may be toxic. It's always best to obtain your nutrients from a food source that is unprocessed. If each supplement is unique then be make sure to take with a meal.

: For your low vitamin D level, I would suggest a daily dose of 5,000 IU (125 mg) of D3 for one month and then 2,000 IU (50 mg) of D3 daily thereafter, and recheck level in 3 months. If it is above 30, the level is appropriate especially you have dark skin. For borderline low ferritin and if you have iron deficiency anemia, treat the cause of anemia, e.g. heavy period, as the source of iron loss.

Depends: what is in the multi vitamin  there probably already has the iron and some vitamin D  Take those numbers into account when determining how much more to take

: Iron tablet should be taken with meal for avoiding stomach upset. You can take vitamin D at the same time with iron tablet during or after dinner time. You should avoid taking iron pill when you have milk or milk products. For probiotics you can take any time but some advise not to take probiotics with a large meal or with empty stomach so I guess breakfast should be a good time.
