Why bother?: The otc cough and cold medicines are proven to be ineffective and may prolong your illness, make you feel worse while youtake them and increase your risk of secondary bacterial infections, like ear infections and pneumonia. Yes it is safe: Yes it is safe as long as you take the recommended dose and do not have any side effects and do not consume alcohol with midol.Read the label for intructions as to how often you have to take this and how long.

Depends: The quick answer is yes.  Midol complete you don't want to take at night because it has diuretic and caffeine both of which are not helpful for sleep.  The midol at night is tylenol (acetaminophen) and Benadryl so the main ingredients are out of your system.  If you do this a lot, it becomes a fair amount of tylenol (acetaminophen).

Yes: Midol is a brand of anti inflammatory medication Ibuprofen which is also available otc by names of Motrin or advil (ibuprofen). Many a times it helps headaches.

Yes: As usual, when taking multiple medications it is wise to keep track of any side-effects that you may experience.  Always let your primary doctor know of any over-the-counter medications you are on.

That being said, zyrtec (cetirizine) and midol should be safe to use together.

If you take midol pm with zyrtec (cetirizine) however, you may get excessively sleepy, and this may lead to accidents.

midol contain 500 mgm of Acetaminophen and dayquil contains Acetaminophen 325 mgm in 15 ml
it also depends on how many times a day you take midol/or extended relief midol.If in doubt ask your doctor.

Not likely: unless very sensitive, to those medications. One time only should be ok.  Follow the package directions, and avoid taking too much acetaminophen (liver damage) in one day,  3 or 4 grams in 24 hours max. Too much midol can cause stomach bleeding.
