Diclofenac is an anti-inflammatories and not expected to work. Anarex is for muscle origin pain and not expected to work. Tramadol has weak properties for controlling nerve pain. The best choice is the anti-seizure meds

- caffeine can also help in some individuals in reducing headaches
 - consult your primary physician or neurologist.
